CANADA
Presently, we only ship to locations within the continental USA from this website. If you are a Canadian Customer please purchase through our Etsy Shop (they’ll run the numbers), or drop us a line on our contact page; let us know where you are located, and that you're interested in ordering a Sticky Putt® Golf Putting Target. We'll do the math… if you’re within striking distance, we’ll Hoist the Colours.
RETURN POLICY
Unopened items may be returned at the owner’s expense within 30 days of purchase. The return window for items begins once the order has been invoiced. After 30, let the negotiations begin... what I’m saying is, we’ll hear your plea!
Refunds will typically be processed within 3 days of receiving an unopened return. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a confirmation of purchase may be denied a refund and, most likely, an exchange.
If there are any other issues with your putting target please contact us immediately so that we can properly address the problem… outline the details in the message box and be ready for a request for a photo (of the target, silly). Typically, we’ll get back to you within 2-3 business days to provide further instructions; or if we suspect some sort of funny business… we’ll send Vinny and Vito to personally pick-up the cannoli.
